Train Tours in the USA

Good to know

Best Time To Travel To The USA

We recommend visiting the USA in the spring and fall for pleasant temperatures, gorgeous flowers, and fiery colored trees; however, as America is a year-round destination. It really depends on where you are traveling to which makes all the difference in what to pack and activities can be done. The USA is pretty large and not only has plenty of coastlines, but lakes, forests, mountains, deserts, plains, glaciers, and hot springs. You can see a lot in just one country, and what would be better to see America than by train.

The USA is normally split up into different regions: West, Southwest, Southeast, Midwest, and Northeast. The Midwest is characteristically snowy in the winters and warm in the summers, the West is rainy year-round but the close you get to California there is less rain and hotter. The Southwest and Southeast are characteristically hot year-round and humid in the summers.

The Northeast is mild year-round with mild winters, and mild summers not too hot and not too cold. Whether you want to go hiking in the Rockies, skating on one of the many frozen lakes in the north, pop in on the Mardi Gras Festival in New Orleans, eat BBQ in Tennessee, or see a show on Broadway. America has so much to offer and it all ranges by region, there’s so much to do, so much to see, so many different foods to try… and trust us, you won’t be disappointed!
