Best Time To Travel To Namibia

With 300 days of sunshine, there’s not a bad time to visit Namibia; however to avoid the rainy months, visit from April to December. With dunes, plains, and coast, Namibia has a lot to offer.

From April to May, the largest canyon in Africa, the Fish River Canyon, provides the perfect weather for hiking, and from April to November is the best time for game spotting (Hint: Accommodation fills up fast, book in advance). Visit Etosha National Park to see the endangered Black Rhino or spot some whales or abandoned shipwrecks along the Skeleton Coast.
